Rose Devli is a Vice-President & Portfolio Manager with the Core Fixed Income Team at Scotia Global Asset Management. Prior to joining Scotia GAM, Rose co-led the active fixed income team at BMO, where she and her team oversaw $28 billion in global fixed income assets.

Rose’s years of experience with increasingly senior roles include managing various mandates focused on global fixed income assets such as core, core plus, active ETFs, absolute return and liability driven investing strategies. She also spent several years in fixed income trading and fixed income syndication. A recognized voice in the industry, Rose has been featured on BNN, Wealth Professional magazine as well as other media channels.

Rose is a CFA charter holder, has a Master of Finance (Honours) from Queen’s University and an Honours BCom from McMaster University.
